Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Jenn Davis!
Jenn is an exceptional supervisor who regularly demonstrates the ability to plan, execute, and create and maintain teamwork. She has done a phenomenal job balancing the last 6 months' worth of project materials coming through her department with the everyday products being received and shipped. Jenn has almost completely eliminated all driving errors within the Shipping/Packaging Department as well as keeping her area clean, organized, and safe. She inspires teamwork by successfully maintaining her team schedule demands and always being willing to fill in as needed or work with her team personally. In her personal time, Jenn enjoys rocking out at concerts with friends or taking her twins (pictured below) on adventures.

Congratulations to Rich Benford, The September Employee of the Month!
Rich is a supervisor in the aluminum plating area. He regularly goes above and beyond to assist in production including coming in for third shift or shifting his schedule to ensure the right parts are making it on our truck. Rich also assists in other plating areas and is a mentor to the new platers. Outside of KPW, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month!
Brandon Hodapp has been with Klein Plating for 18 years. Currently, he is one of the first shift supervisors for our Aluminum Plating Line. Brandon has recently assumed a larger role in hiring, training, and staffing for his department. As the Aluminum Line demand continues to grow as the industry expands, Brandon has been crucial in maintaining his department to keep up with demand. Brandon, his fellow supervisor, and their team continually produce low-defect rates and positive customer satisfaction ratings. Outside of KPW, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the great outdoors!
