He started working as a plater assistant and worked his way around the plating floor before finally shfting into shipping and receiving where he has excelled. He is extremely flexible with the ever changing needs and demands of the job. Chad handles the everyday challenges with a positive attitude and does a great job assisting the supervisor as well as covering when they are away. Outside of work, Chad loves to spend time with his wife, furthering his photography hobby, going on hikes, and playing the Djembe/ Cojon. We are pleased to announce that Emily Scott, our Lab Supervisor, is the employee of the month! Emily and the lab team exemplify "Continual Improvement". She has demonstrated steady incremental growth while assisting the lab stay in compliance, improving our plating bath continuity and reliability, and more. Emily's investment in learning, lab testing, organization, and all other behind the scenes requirements has assisted KPW in seeing a reduction of issues, increased traceability, and confidence that we can achieve new things working together. Emily enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two cats, Millie and Wampus.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Klein Plating Works!
Klein Plating would like to thank all of our employees, our customers, and the owner. We are extremely grateful to have a team that has weathered various challenges and changes this year. Through a massive roof project that affected production for most of the summer and an ever-changing market, our team of employees have worked overtime, handled ever-shifting schedules, and more to not only keep business going, but also to grow even more. Klein Plating appreciates each and every one of you. We are also thankful for our customers who have continued to trust in our abilities to produce high quality plating and have continued to support us throughout this year as well as the new customers who have chosen Klein Plating for their plating needs. Amanda, the primary contact for our customers, handles most inquiries, reviews orders for errors, and many other things. Her dedication and commitment to high standards is one key factor in our high customer satisfaction rate. Many customers have expressed how much they enjoy Amanda's pleasant attitude and helpful nature. Outside of Klein, Amanda enjoys spending time with her kids, playing Dungeon and Dragons with friends, and quiet downtime.
