Congratulations to the March Employee of the Month, Alicia Castorena!
Alicia is our Billing Specialist and assists in sales when needed. Her determination, attention to detail, and continual improvements in all that she does makes her an asset to the team. She is friendly, vibrant, and enjoys spreading laughter in the office. Outside of KPW, Alicia enjoys learning, traveling, and spending time with close friends and loved ones.

Congratulations to our February Employee of the Month, Jason Schau!
Jason is our Maintenance Supervisor. He has been an asset through every major project, repair, and installation Klein has had throughout recent years. Jason is patient and always has a smile ready for his fellow employees. He is a mentor to his fellow maintenance team members and enjoys teaching them the tricks of the trade. Outside of work, Jason loves exploring the great outdoors with his wife and kids as well as being a Boy Scout Troop leader.

Join me in giving a hand to our Employee of the Month for January 2026: Chad Altimus!
Chad has been a versatile employee throughout his 30 years of employment at KPW. He started working as a plater assistant and worked his way around the plating floor before finally shfting into shipping and receiving where he has excelled. He is extremely flexible with the ever changing needs and demands of the job. Chad handles the everyday challenges with a positive attitude and does a great job assisting the supervisor as well as covering when they are away. Outside of work, Chad loves to spend time with his wife, furthering his photography hobby, going on hikes, and playing the Djembe/ Cojon.
For 30 years, Chad has been a staple here at KPW and we look forward to many more years! Thank you, Chad, Klein Plating appreciates everything you do and bring to the company!

Happy New Year from Klein Plating Works! 2025 has been quite the year and we are eager to see how KPW will grow in 2026! We wish you the absolute best and look forward to working with you in the New Year!
Klein Plating office will be open 12/31/25 7 am - 3 pm with our Shipping and Receiving Docks closing at 12:00 pm. Klein will be shut down 01/01/26 and 01/02/26. Normal business hours will resume 01/05/2026.
