Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Kyleigh Robinson!
Kyleigh has been with Klein for almost 2 years now in our Quality Department. She has dedicated herself to training and has become a very valuable member to the team. Kyleigh is extremely dependable and always willing to ask questions. She works very well within the Quality Team as well as individual tasks. One of Kyleigh's strong suits is her positive attitude that she consistently brings to work. She keeps calm, focused, and unruffled in this fast-paced environment. Outside of work, Kyleigh bartends and enjoys quiet time at home.

Congratulations to Jeff Lobaugh, the June Employee of the Month!
Jeff is an important part of our aluminum crew. He primarily helps with the prep and cleaning of parts but is also learning to assist with back-stripping. Jeff plays a big role on the auto including running both ends and stepping in to run the crew if need be. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and step up to learn new skills as well. Jeff enjoys playing bass guitar with his band, going to the gym, and relaxing at home.

Join us in congratulating our newest Employee of the Month, Jordan Schau!
Jordan is a senior member of the Rack Auto Team. He can be counted on to handle many things including daily maintenance tasks for the Rack Auto machine, training new employees on the Auto, and more. Recently, Jordan has taken on a bigger role on our Aluminum Line. He has majorly assisted with masking, cleaning, and prepping parts for production. His fellow team members commend his quality of work and how his presence has assisted in keeping production on schedule. In his free time, Jordan recently started hitting the gym and got a new Pug puppy. He enjoys spending time with his brothers, parents, and many animals.
