Chad handles the everyday challenges with a positive attitude and does a great job assisting the supervisor as well as covering when they are away. Outside of work, Chad loves to spend time with his wife, furthering his photography hobby, going on hikes, and playing the Djembe/ Cojon. Congratulations to the March Employee of the Month, Alicia Castorena!
Alicia is our Billing Specialist and assists in sales when needed. Her determination, attention to detail, and continual improvements in all that she does makes her an asset to the team. She is friendly, vibrant, and enjoys spreading laughter in the office. Outside of KPW, Alicia enjoys learning, traveling, and spending time with close friends and loved ones.

Congratulations to our February Employee of the Month, Jason Schau!
Jason is our Maintenance Supervisor. He has been an asset through every major project, repair, and installation Klein has had throughout recent years. Jason is patient and always has a smile ready for his fellow employees. He is a mentor to his fellow maintenance team members and enjoys teaching them the tricks of the trade. Outside of work, Jason loves exploring the great outdoors with his wife and kids as well as being a Boy Scout Troop leader.
