Noah, a member of the Rack Auto Team, is a quiet, amicable colleague. Recently, he has stepped up into leading the Rack Auto Team with efficient leadership skills. Noah communicates and works cohesively with all departments to address any issues and ensures seamless product delivery. His outstanding work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines have been instrumental in maintaining on-time delivery. In his free time, Noah enjoys cooking, reading, and relaxing with siblings.

Congratulations to the September Employee of the Month, Brandon Stanton!
Brandon began his journey at Klein as a member of the Production Team. As he gained experience as a Plater, Brandon volunteered to assist with Waste Treatment and the Lab. Since he has moved fully to Waste Treatment, Brandon's dedication to doing things right and efficiently has greatly contributed to the overall improvement and consistency of the department. The positive and dedicated impact on KPW's quarterly testing, water usage, tank changeouts and more, have helped reduce and eliminate previous issues as well as implement continuous improvement. His proactive approach, exemplified by his 'Yes is the answer, what was the question?' mentality, ensures that tasks are completed without compromising quality and minimizing downtime. Klein Plating is grateful for Brandon's tireless efforts and commitment to detail as this enables us to maintain a low environmental impact and ensures compliance with local ordinances. In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending quiet time with loved ones.

Join us in celebrating the August Employee of the Month, Jacob Slaughter!
Jacob started his career at Klein in the Packaging department, wrapping and banding parts before shifting to Production, where he has proven himself to be a very valuable asset to the team. Jacob possesses the rare ability to develop systems, teach, and lead. He is a fast learner who has taken ownership of his position, area, and continues to put the effort in to improve efficiency however he can. Jacob is genial gentleman that can always be depended upon. Outside of Klein, Jacob loves to spend time with his wife and working on different personal projects.
